I can get some glitchy behavior when doing too many mm-rest toggles, but can't find exact reproduction steps. Here I have a keysignature: multi-measure-rest_keysig-before-apply.png which after applying mm-rests that double barline becomes a double *repeat* somehow... multi-measure-rest_keysig-after-apply-mm-remembering.png Now sometimes when I get one of these situatios and save and reopen, the issue fixes itself. But, I've finally been able to make a save here which preserves that buggy behavior when toggling mm rests: double-repeat?.mscz

on 176a6d7 arch linux x86-64

I'm labelling as "major" because persists on save, and because it appears the state of the score actually changes somehow when toggling mm-rests, since inspector claims it is a "double barline" before toggling and then is a "end-start-repeat" after toggling. I can't seem to produce exact reproduction steps, but I get this glitch when doing frequent barline type changes and toggling mm-rests in the presence of a keysignature nearby...

regarding my glitchy score, if I do anything that will relayout the first mm-rest, for examble by inserting a new measure to it or entering a note, then the glitchy end-start repeat returns (correctly) back into a double-barline. corrected-after-relayout-mm-rest.png but note that undoing will revert back to glitchy end-start repeat. Also note that adding notes or inserting measures to the second mm-rest will not correct that glitchy end-start repeat...

I've prodcued a similar glithc where if I toggle mm-rest a keysig that I had delelted will return... However after saving & reopening the score, the glitch was fixed.
