In order to help, we would need you to attach the actual score you having trouble with. In general, things should work fine and do for me, so it is probably something unique to your particular scor,e or something you are doing incorrectly.
In the future, it is best to ask for help in the support forum (eg, use Help / Ask for Help, from within MuseScore) and only file bug reports once something has been confirtmed to be an actual bug.
