Hello,

please see:

https://musescore.org/en/node/106276

Currently muted notes/chords in a guitar TAB are not shown as "x" in rhythm slash notation, but as a regular note. Either completely muted counts should be automatically converted into "x" in slash notation, or modification of slash notation in a TAB with SHIFT + "X" should be also possible.

Thank you very much,
Michael

This also affects standard staves. After applying the "Toggle Rhythmic Slash Notation" command, any crosshead note chords are replaced with standard slashes. For example,

crosshead_slash_notation_1.png
becomes:
crosshead_slash_notation_2.png

Suggestion: If the chord contains all crossheads then the slash notation should also display a crosshead.

Not a bad idea in my opinion, and easy enough to implement, but worth further discussion on the forum. For now, you can set the notehead explicitly after conversion, at leats on standard staves. This doesn't work for tab, because there actually is no cross style, it's sort of a special hack for ghost notes.
