Multi-stave notes will not fully paste on value not matching another stave's value

1. Open attached score.
2. Drag-select the notes only.
3. Copy.
4. Select the semiquaver in the anacrusis.
5. Paste.

Result: The C in the bass clef doesn't paste. Differing results with the bass clef in the anacrusis:

In 1.1, the crotchet rest remains.
In 2.0, the crotchet rest changes to a dotted quaver and semiquaver.

Discussion: Marked critical as there's a corruption.
