Observed delay in the opening of some palettes

1) "My First Score"
2) Click on the "Dynamics" palette
Result: the opening seems to fail, but it finally did after 1 or 2 seconds.
To a lesser degree, I notice the same slow behavior for the Lines, Tempo, and Repeats palettes.
But the "Dynamics" palette is really the most affected.

I observe clearly a change in last October, 12
- With this nightly of October 11: 676b0a3, all the palettes react to the click immediately.
- With this one, I notice the mentioned delay: e526452 (there is some commits before)
I observe this issue always active:
1) this last fix #147546: Time lag when changing between workspaces, which I would have hoped see changing something, doesn't modifies anything about this issue
2) That it is in no way related to the choice of a particular theme "Light" or "Light Fusion" and Dark similars.
3) And I confirm, after a new checking, that it appears on October 12 as indicated in comment #1
Relates to #147201: "Edit General style" dialog: slow response when selecting list options. I believe. Also, cannot reproduce on 2009 iMac, 4Gb DDR3, 3.06GHz Duo.

Might well be fixed regardless though
