[Trunk] Glissando positioning in palette appear offset

1. Create score.
2. Open 'Arpeggio & Glissando' in the palette.

Result: Both glissando appear offset compared to the arpeggio, and how it appears in 1.1.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (5051) - Mac 10.6.8.
