Every time I modify a German handbook page, it loses its Outline, i.e its connection to a parent page.
That connection then needs to get re-established in a separate step.
This does not happen with the English handbook pages.
I haven't tried this on other languages.

You just edited the grace note page. Did the outline fall away there as well? (I doubt it)
Reproduced for the German book only. So there has to be something specific to the German handbook. I'm looking into it.
No, this is an English page, there it never failed (for me, that is). Happens only to German (or mayby all non-English?) pages
I think it's fixed. Can you give it a try?
No, it's not fixed.
In http://musescore.org/de/handbuch/liedtext I've just changed 'Esc' to 'Escape', saved and lost Outline
I re-assinged it.
You can now try to change ot back to 'Esc' and see what happens.
The page you changed for testing purposes is part of the German handbook, but not (yet) translated (as the only page), could this be the difference?
Ok, got it really fixed now I think. Can you revert http://musescore.org/de/handbuch/liedtext back (escape > esc)?
Yes, it seems fixed now. What was the problem?
The problem was introduced by a script which I use to automatically mirror the outline of the English handbook with the translated versions. I had not yet run this script over all the books dough. Only German, Greek, Bulgarian. By comparing the db field values, I was able to see the difference/problem. Thanks a lot for filing this issue and your persistance Jojo!
