"Choose instruments" in the New Score Wizard is lost

1) Launch the program
2) Ctrl + N -> Next
Expected display/ result:
Current display/result : All the "General" section is lost, so, the ability to Choose instruments inter alia (ie other templates: Treble clef etc.)

These 2 commits should indeed be the culprit, where the 2nd just fixed an ommision of the first, resulting in a 'make install' failure
As far as I understood both changes (General templates from mscz to mscx) are just for debugging purposes and not there to stay for ever.
But for that purpose they should work, of course ;-)

Fixed (maybe just temporarily) in 8976f4f
Automatically closed -- issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
It's back in 4e316e8 / Windows 7. The window is completely empty again.
My mistake. I didn't unzip all the folders, so of course it wasn't there. Now I am feeling a bit red-faced. Sorry
