Not specific to rhythmic slash notation, it's a general issue with this notehead (you can see same thing setting a regular note to this head). True for Emmentaler and Bravura; Gonville looks a bit better.

A few others could stand tweaking as well. For example, the Do, Cross, and Diamond heads in Bravura. That's for downstem notes; different issues exist for upstem notes.

So this is about noteheadSlashHorizontalEnds and noteheadSlashWhiteHalf and the metadate.json Y settings for StemUpSE and StemDownNW, currently 1.0 resp. -1.0 for Emmentaler and Bravura. Setting these to 1.25 resp. -1.25 seems to help. Goneville doesn't seem to have that issue, MuzeJazz has (in master, it is not in 2.1), and needs different settings from Bravura/Emmentaler

I did not (yet) look at Do (noteShapeTriangleUpWhite, noteShapeTriangleUpBlack), Cross (noteheadXHalf, noteheadXBlack), and Diamond (noteheadDiamondHalf, noteheadDiamondBlack) heads in Bravura.
Well, I did look, there is indeed room for improvement, but it is only minimal, by far not as obvious as for slash

I guess we should have a close look at all noteheads on all fonts. Probably using/extending (for downstem) the vtest scores {bravura,emmentaler,gonville,musejazz}-10.mscz, something like the attached
