Selecting does not always remove existing selection
1. Open attached score (produced in 1.2).
Result: The middle note in the second set of triplets in bar 2 is highlighted.
2. Click on another note.
3. Move it vertically.
Result: The highlighted note moves too.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (979b3cb) - Mac 10.7.4.

You understand the report - I can't think of other improvements to the title right now :).
Several things are already selected in that score:
3 triplet symbols
1 note
the tremolo
Clicking on another note, selects that note without de-selecting the other things. This is why both notes move, because both are selected.
The issue is rather that selected things are not de-selected. I met the same thing with lines: right click on a line, open its Properties, close: the line is selected (correct so far). Click on something else: the line is NOT de-selected.
