repeat counter doesn't reset after "D.C. al Coda"

Hi there,

I have a score in MS 1.3 with a repetition and two volta. After the second repetition the play goes on until a D.C. al Coda comes, and the play should begin new, what it does, but also the repetition should be repeat again, but it doesn't. It seems that the counter is not reset ... I've attached a sample, so you can see in the second play the repetition doesn't occurs, it goes further at the 2. volta so as it has already been repeated.

Second issue seems to be that the "to Coda" marker don't be recognized...but this is maybe a theme for an own ticket.

It's actually pretty standard practice for repeats to *not* be taken on a DS or DC, but MuseScore should of course give you the option of overriding this default.

I suspect this is a duplicate of this:

I think you'll find the "To Coda" is also a known issue - it works normally, but doesn't in a few cases, and I think you've hit one of those cases (where the measure to which it is attached also has a repeat barline).
