1. Create score (e.g. guitar).
2. 'Parts...'.
3. 'New'.
4. Tick instrument.
5. 'OK'.
6. Enable 'Note Entry'.
7. Fill at least three bars with quarters.
8. Hold 'Undo' (using shortcut).

Result: Crash.
