Ties don't re-position after undoing time signature removal
1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. Click on 3/4 time signature.
3. 'Delete'.
4. 'Undo'.
Result:

I suspect this to be connected with #23376: Time signature incorrectly positioned after changing staff type or at least to have a rather similar cause.

Currently, the ties don't appear upon undo.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (16c2771) - Mac 10.7.5.
I wouldn't have expected them to be deleted with the time signature change in the first place, although I guess I can see why they might.
