Generated parts should not display staff long & short names

Windows 7, GIT commit: 6c5b016

1) create score for two instruments
2) file / parts
3) new all
4) OK
5) view one of the parts

Part name appears at top left as it should, but long and short names also appear in front of staves - this is unnecessary/wrong.

Currently, this could be achieved by clearing the names in the parts, but elsewhere it has been suggested that an option to display/not display names would be better. That way, scores of a single instrument could still have valid names even though they don't display.

It may be nice to have number of part when there are several...
for exemple qhen you create an orchestra sheet music, and you put parts of wind in two
for exemple one part for flute 1 and 2
it could be nice to have the "Fl1" "Fl2" written as it may sometime be one of them only playing (and as for some wind : Horn and Basson it can be the 2nd and not the 1st)
