Have you updated the translation via Menu/Help/Resources Manager?
Are you using a Transposer Instrument?
Can you attach the score you are having problems with and precise steps to reproduce the problem?
It sounds like you are entering the key signature for a transposing instrument. Always enter the concert pitch key. If you don't understand then tell which instrument you are entering the key for, and what key you would like entered for it.
