A system break crossing dash has a wrong vertical position if the next syllable is moved down because it is below a very low note.
The dash should always have the same vertical position as the following syllable.

Just a note, this is indeed a regression even though 2.x didn't have automatic placement. In 2.x, if you manually moved the following syllable down, the leading hyphen moved down with it. As I recall, this didn't happen originally but we kind of hacked things to make it work.
