Well, not here with "Draw antialised" checked, and OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.0.4020, revision: 7694abc

Even in the palette, it's bad:

In the 2.3.2 and same computer, I get:

gliss.jpg

In fact I also noticed bad glissando rendering on my Linux system. At least we know now that this happens on different platforms.

"Draw antialiased" is also checked, if I uncheck it all becomes looking much worse. Glissandi seem to be almost unaffected by that change though. Maybe, for some reason, this option is not always applied to glissandi?

By the way, this may be the same issue as #68846: The trill glissando line has a poor rendering. I see that the code that seems to fix it in MuseScore 2 is now commented out in MuseScore 3. However the reason for disabling that code is this issue: #127086 so we probably cannot just enable it back.

Seems like we finally need to develop a proper fix for the issue from 2015 :)
