As screen capture of uploaded score of current official released version 3.05.5992, Some tuplets notes distance auto arrangement are "good", some are marked with “?” which can only be adjusted manually which auto looks not working?

Measure 24 is corrupted. (possible reason : x-tuplet)
1. Select all.
2. Tools > Voices > Exchange Voice 1-2 (x2 times)
3. Open the "Selection Filter" (F6 )
4. Detick the "All" checkbox. Select the "Voice 2" box.
5. Select all, Delete.
6. Tick the "All" checkbox again, and close the "Selection Filter" (F6)
go to measure 24.
Now, you can see the extra beat here (result of corruption).
3.0.5 does not report it as corrupt, 3.1 Beta does and latest development build too

This file was imported from 2.?.* version, it brought in existing incompatibles. You steps were followed and you were right that extra beat was found.
Now deleted all notes in the bar, and did a fresh re-entry with version 3.05.5992, result still yielded out “?” as captured of this updated score.

Software compatible issue is real something worth of concerning: version 3 almost trashed all my version 2 scores. In order to keep them working I will have to keep old version 2 installed. Then 20 years later, I would have 5 different versions installed, and when Windows 20 coming out, no one knows which version is going to be working on new system.
This issue of "Tuplets Notes Distance" seems to have been fixed in MuseScore 3.1. A version of this score that loads properly in MuseScore 3.1 can be found attached to #288548: Playback cursor does not follow complex tuplets. There still remains the matter of the the score attached here not loading properly in 3.1, but that is a separate issue.

There's a bug about Tuplets. I haven't found it right now. Maybe there's a PR about this bug.
I think Jojo Schmitz might find it better.

It looks to me it's group/subgroup setting - if these groups could be dismissed then...
The bad distances in 3.0.5 are due to the invisible staff, and this is indeed fixed in 3.1, so if there is no more remaining problem not already covered by some other open issue, we can close this. See #281024: Invisible staves inappropriately factored into note spacing
