As shown below, the ties should belong to the part in the bottom staff, which has been move to the upper staff as a Cross-staff notation. In version 2.x, it was all good. However, since the 3.0 and latest version (3.1.0.22356) has released, this issue appears and hasn't been solved, yet. I hope the developers could attach importance to this bug.
The developers have fixed the Slur bug instead of the Tie bug.

relates to #285233: [EPIC] Cross-staff notation issues
There are actually quite a few aspects to cross-staff slurs and tie layout, and most of the issues in 3.0 were fixed for both slurs and ties. However, it does seem this particular case was not - the combination of the tie being cross staff and there being a line break between the start and end note.
