Additive time signatures display properly in the palette, but not on the score when using the Gonville font.
1) Select Gonville font in "Style"
2) Create additive time signature
3) Place additive time signature
4) Top numbers crushed over the +
Changing the font to Bravura or Emmentaler works as a work around. Using Musescore 3.4.1 on a Windows 10 x64 computer. Discussed on bug forum here: https://musescore.org/en/node/300260
