Capella import doesn't preserve repeat structure

Thanks a lot for fixing the capella import.

With the same capella files from http://icking-music-archive.org/scores/holborne/pavanes1599/pavanes1599…, the import is now quite usable. The major problem with it now is that it doesn't seem to be translating the repeat structure. I don't know how Capella codes this internally, but all those pieces have either two or three repeated sections. The lilypond exported by MuseScore doesn't separate the sections in the parts.
