OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.6.0.451380634, revision: 10dee08
- Open attached score without resetting.
- Go into Format > Style and change any property.
- Click on the Cancel button.
Expected result: No change.
Actual result: Score is marked dirty.

I can't reproduce, which setting did you change?
Try Measure > Min. note distance; or Page > Music top margin … or just about anything.
confirmed, with that score, but not with another
OK, very odd, I see this if I physically click the Cancel button, but not if I press Esc. But worse, when I press Esc, the setting actually remains applies, meaning it's really more like I pressed OK instead of cancel. Worse still, this isn't undoable.
