For example if we write the chord notation for Eb7/9#, we got played a Eb7/9b instead.

I think other chords have not the right feedback played.

And try "Eb79#", i.e. without the slash, the "/" starts the bass note and here probably isn#t detected at all, as there is no notename
This is how MuseScore realizes the 2 chord:

"Eb7/9#" is not standard notation. Slashes are used to specify alternate bass notes - using actual pitches, not numbers. Also, accidentals go in front of numbers, not after. I'm guessing you actually mean Eb7#9, and that plays fine.
