Cursor position after rest (0.9.6 regression)

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Create new score
2. Press "N" to start note entry mode
3. Press Space to add a rest

Expected behavior: Cursor position should appear after the newly added rest

Actual behavior: Cursor position does note advance forward when adding rests

MuseScore version: r. 2597
