GIT commit: 7a67e63

1. Start with a basic multi-instrument score. Insert repeat symbols for a group of measures. Add first and second ending voltas. They appear at the top of the score.

2. Go to Add -> Instruments..., add any instrument, and move the new instrument to the top of the score. Voltas now appear above the second part in the score, not the top part (i.e., above the instrument line where they were before the new part was added).

Note: does not affect parts, as ALL parts will generate with the voltas in the correct place.

Sample score attached.

Confirmed. Also applies to repeats, but not to tempo text or system text in general - these correctly adjust themselves. The same problem also applies if you simply take an existing staff and move it up to the top.

Seems this used to work, but if so, it was before the Beta 1, because it's broken there too.
