My system:
Windows Vista Business
Muse Score 0.9.6 Beta and 0.9.5 stable

The bug:
When printing a score, the text sizes are very enlarged and off the page: title, subtitle, author, tempo, and measure numbers (probably all text). After printing the faulty score, the view on the screen changes to the distorted version upon scrolling. This happens in both 0.9.5 and 0.9.6 beta.

To reproduce:
1) Running Vista, open the promenade score (the demo).
2) Print the score.
3) Scroll to see the screen view.

Workaround:
Save the score as a PDF and then print the PDF.

I just encountered the same problem and I only have one printer, which is my default. When printing, the lyrics become very small, and when going back to the score on the monitor, they have also become much smaller. As long as I don't save it (!), if I close the program, and then open again, it will be OK, but not for printing. I use XP, SP3, and MuseScore 0.9.6.

So, whatever is causing this, the problem apparently still exists, at least in 0.9.6. I will try the pdf suggestion. Is there any other known workarouond?

Thanks............Don

Well, I am answering my own question after experimenting with my Canon Pixma MP 780 printer, and being able to both reproduce and also solve the problem, at least for now with my printer. I found that the small print only occurred in Draft mode, but when selecting Standard mode in either color or greyscale, no problem. (I guess they really want to save ink for you in Draft mode!)

Also, I tried to save in PDF format but wound up with a blank page. I'm wondering if you need to buy an Adobe software product to do this. I do have the Adobe Reader program for reading those files.
