Change of time signature removes subsequent section break

Ubuntu 14.04, GIT commit: 06bc0f1

1) new score, 4/4
2) add section break to measure 5
3) change initial time signature to 3/4

Result: section break is removed along with line breaks

I understand why line breaks are removed, although it'a decision we also might want to revisit. But it seems we must keep section breaks. This also relates to my comments elsewhere about changing key signature "drop" behavior to only apply up until the next section break. The same should hold for time signatures.
