Unable to edit the location for saving scores
I have tried to change the file location into which Scores are saved as a default setting. Although the new chosen location is shown in the 'Scores' Folder window in Preferences dialogue box, when I come to actually save a file it still is placed in the previously designated default location that was automatically set up when MuseScore 2 was loaded.
I have tried resetting the location, and then restarting MuseScore, but without success

Well, be sure to create your folder, then browse for it. Um....you clicked "apply" afterwords, didn't you? Of course it won't save your changes if you don't. That's my only question. I've changed the locations like that before and it worked. Hope you get this fixed.
MuseScore remembers the last saved-to folder. So independent of the initial settings in your preferences, a save will go to the last place you navigated to in the save dialog. As far as I know this works correctly as designed. If you are finding otherwise, please post precise steps to reproduce the problem
It's now working fine. I thought I'd done all the correct things before, but must have missed something. Possibly it was the 'Last Saved' location that was throwing me.
