Time Stretch modifications for articulations break tempo

Any articulation with a time stretch modification will, should you change the tempo of the piece, not obey the new tempo.

To replicate:
1) Set the tempo to 120 bpm
2) Place several notes, a note with any articulation, and then more notes
3) Set the time stretch of the articulation to something other than 1
3) Change the tempo to something other than 120bpm

Expected:
All notes obey the new tempo.
Result:
Only the notes before the articulation obey the new tempo, while the note under the articulation and all following retain the old tempo.

Changing the time stretch of any articulation in the entire piece while this bug is in place will undo it.
