(Win 7 HP. MuseScore 2.0.2 official). The attached score was originally imported as a MusicXML file.

(1) Click on the hairpin in the attached score. Under "Hairpin" (In the Inspector), "Height" and "Continue height" are greyed out for no apparent reason.

(2). If you click on both of these fields and try to increase the values, something odd happens. You can see the value change momentarily, then it "flips" back to the original value. For some reason "Height" indication goes up to 1.3 but then advances no further.

However, despite the fact that the numerical value will not advance, the corresponding features of the hairpin visibly change!

Comments

1) is not a bug. As explained in the original forum thread where this was discussed, that is how MuseScore indicates a value that comes from a style setting and is subject to change when that style setting changes. See https://musescore.org/en/node/71111.

Also as discussed in that thread, 2) fixes itself as soon as you desellect and then select the hairpin again.

To be clear, again, 1) is not a bug, which was the main point of my response in https://musescore.org/en/node/71111 as well.

2) *is* a bug, my response above was not meant to imply it is not. I was just providing the additional relevant information that had been discussed in that thread. This serve both to give a workaround to people reading this report in the future and to provide possible clues as to the cause of the bug.
