Import a score that has lines customized allowing version 3 to reset the defaults, resets the continuation text to the default.
Using lines_test.mscz, see that this affects lines with a purpose such as ottava and diminuendo but does not affect generic lines (which is what I used for the "Line text" line.

I discovered in https://musescore.org/en/node/278990, that the is no option to change the continuation text, so the issue name is being changed. I didn't look to see this was missing when I made this minor, but now that it's impossible to change it should be critical due to there being no way to fix it. Ottavas even have a continuation text option!
actually even a blocker, you can't use that feature at all...
