Steps:

1) Current 3.0 dev. c864dda (Windows 10)
2) menu "Help" -> Revert to Factory Settings
3) In Startup Wizard, fill "Language - French here", "Keyboard layout", and tick "Avancé" (French name for Advanced) in Choose your workspace, etc., and Finish.
(you note also the unexpected question mark for the "é", another issue not related probably?)

4) Close/exit the program
5) Reload

Result: the program dies before opening.

  • Workaround: choose "De base" workspace in the Wizard

Comments

BTW, the issue occurs in the same way simply when switching to "Avancé" workspace.
Eg:
1) Scenario with "De base" workspace
2) Load/Exit/Reload let's say two or three times
Result: Reload works fine

3) Switch to "Avancé" workspace
4) Close/Exit
5) Reload

Result: the program dies

I locate the problem there is four days on October 29.
- This nightly works: 78fbab1
- Not the next one: 9fb4549

And "curiously", the mentioned commit deals with "workspace", and it corresponds at the moment where the French name "Avancé" appears with a question mark ie Avanc? (see image first message)
