Steps to reproduce:
- Add a bar line onto a note from the palette (without ctrl)
- select the bar line and press "del"
Expected result: it's deleting the just inserted bar line
Actual result: it doesn't delete the bar line
Note: seems to be the same behavior with using "ctrl" or not by dragging the bar line from the palette
It's work as expected with MS 2.3.2

To clarify - it's only mid-measure barlines that don't seem to work. And results are the same for both drag & drop and for double-click.
Selecting contents of the measure and hitting "cut" then "paste" is a workaround.

The workaround is a bug, it should copy the mid measure bar line.
