Tempo input doesn't match playing tempo
If I set tempo at 80bpm, the Pay Panel shows 120bpm and plays at that tempo, not the one I set. This is creating havoc with all my scores I want to put up on YouTube!!! This is a MAJOR PROBLEM and needs to be fixed NOW! I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times, with reboots in between. I am a retired IT Infrastructure Engineer with a BSEE so I believe I know wherefore I speak. It's a glitch that just appeared in the past few days. I've tried to work around it with changing the tempo percentage, but that only helps exported recordings, not the replay of the score itself.FYI I was a CPU debug engineer for Intel and a Senior Software Test Engineer for Microsoft, just to name-drop a few places I've been employed.

Please ask for help in the forums (http://musescore.org/en/forum), and always attach an example score and give precise steps to reproduce the problem. Please don't open bug reports until it is a confirmed bug.
Also note that the "critical" priority setting is reserved for bugs that cause crashes or create corrupt files.
I'm reopening this for now but with a status of "needs info", because indeed, in order to investigate, we need to see the score you are having problems with and precise steps to reproduce the problem. It's possible you are seeing #78416: Tempo text oddities in score with linked parts until save/reopen - a temporary glitch that only affects tempo changes after linked parts are generated, and it goes away as soon as you reload the score. In which case we can close this as a duplicate. It's also possible you are simply getting the math wrong in the calculation of the tempo in compund time (quarter versus dotted quarter). Or it's possible your score has an invisible tempo marking you need to delete. Or it's possible you've discovered a new bug. No way to tell until we see the score and steps to reproduce the problem.
