c5f46bb, My First Score. Zooming in on the beginning of the first system, you see this:

Note that the clef is tight against the beginning of the staff. For comparison, in 2.0.3:

Go to Format > General Style... > Measure, and increase the "Clef left margin" distance. Result: no change.
