Playback of repeat barline is ignored if DS/DC al coda

In the attached score the expected playback is
1,2,3,4,5
1,2,3,4,5
1,2,6
The actual playback ignores the repeat barline in favor of the DC.
A little bit more complex test case.

I have several pieces showing this behaviour, specifically |: A :|: B :|: C :|: D :|, with a D.C. al Fine, the Fine at the end of section B. In normal performance, we should have AABBCCDDAB. Unfortunately in all cases I get only one iteration of D. Is this still considered an open issue?
I just tried your (#1)'s test, and it works fine in 2.0.2 (e.g. attached)
I've just tried lasconic's original post attachments DCalcoda.mscz & DCalcoda2.mscz, and they both work in win 2.0.2 and nightly, so I'm marking fixed.
They are indeed read properly now - many thanks. I'm downloading 2.0.2 forthwith.
