C major Key Signature get lost in nightlies if exported from concert pitch in 1.3
Scores created in v1.2 lose key signatures when opened in 2.0 if 'Concert Pitch' was set when the 1.2 file was saved.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create a score in v1.2 that has a transposing instrument (like Trumpet or Horn), and another non-transposing instrument (like Piano). I have attached a sample score with this step done already.
2) Open the score in v2.0.
3) Go to the Notes menu and turn Concert Pitch off.
In the attached sample score, it should change the trumpet to 2 sharps. Instead, it changes all of the clefs to Treble clef.

Hi brianr0922
Are you still encountering problems?
The bug is still reproducible using the original steps. Only difference is that the clef no longer changes. But the key signature continues to not appear on the trumpet staff when turning concert pitch off.
I have feeling I'm not going to like the fix, either - I'm betting it will break the unsupported "atonal key signature" I've been able to create by deleting the initial key signature for a staff with concert pitch turned off. Oh well.
