After opening a saves score, the staff lines had shifted. When I playback the audio, the track plays the right pitches, but the pitches are not shown correctly on the staff. (Ex. All G's are shown as E's and all A's are shown as F's.) Any help would be appreciated.

My guess is this is a transposing instrument and you pressed the Concert Pitch button.
of course that is my guess too ;-)
