OS: Windows 7 SP 1 (6.1), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.0, revision: 5ad448c
A few problems of layout with the figured bass feature: the entering box appears on/collides the first line (and not under the staff as expected), and a serious layout problem.
Hence the major priority: the only way to fix it is to delete the FG symbols.

Looks too similar to #277821: Multimeasure rests extend when editing an element later in the score.
This PR should fix this issue as well as some other issues with figured bass editing: https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/4247.

This helps to prevent expanding figured bass size on relayout,
which is described in the issue.
