Add pedal lines to two different staves on the same system of a score for multiple instruments. Add a note low below the staff on one of the staves to force the pedal line lower. Result: the pedal line on the other staff moves too.

I cannot reproduce it even in MuseScore 3.0.2. Is this issue still actual?
Ah, sorry, I read it incorrectly, it applies to pedal in different staves, not system. Then yes, it is still actual.
