As attached score of MS3.1, when doing "Style -> Bar -> Note left margin" to increase "^", not all the bars follow the adjustment, e.g. bar 11, 12... etc. many of them.
The same score works with MS2 well.

The invisible piano staff is triggering the problem here, because it starts with an accidental. We mostly ignore invisible staves for layout, but apparently we get this detail wrong. Meanwhile, you can use barline to accidental distance.
