Hairpins added on rests don't get displayed
Steps:
- Create a piano score.
- In the first measure, add notes only in the bass clef staff. In the second measure, you can add notes in both staves.
- From the palette, drag and drop crescendo or decrescendo on the third time of the first measure (treble clef staff).
Result: the hairpin is not displayed, but it seems that it's selected because information about it appears in the Inspector. If we click anywhere in the score to deselect, there's no way to select it again.
Screencast: hairpin-rest.webm_.zip
Config: Xubuntu 14.10 and MuseScore f5b9240.

The bug occurs with other elements, for example a standard line.
It could be seen as a bug that MuseScore appears to let you add a line where there is no note or rest. I would be willing to bet the reason they don't "stick" is there is explicit code to clean up lines after the notes to which they were attached are deleted, and I'd just as soon not revisit the bugs that led to that code being added. So maybe better to just disallow you to add the line connected to nothing in the first place.
