8va lines can't be reduced in septuplet
When you add a 8va line to a measure which contains a septuplet, you can't reduce the line (with shift + <-) over the septuplet.
In the joined file :
* Measures 1 & 2, you can see that you can't reduce the 8va line
* Measures 3 & 4, you can check that this bug seems to happen only with septuplet (not others tuplets)
* Measures 5 & 6, you can extend the 8va line over septuplet, but once crossed, you can't reduce it

See https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/2164, which is primarily a fix for #73051: Lines: End handle won't respond to shift + left arrow in certain measures but also includes code to fix editing of lines over tuplets. It's possible - likely even - that some corner cases might be missed (I don't know, 29-tuplets maybe), but in general things should be more reliable.
