about sound system

I can't change the volume when I want to play the notes I wrote.
I tried changing the volume of the iTunes and it was ok so there were no problems with the sound system of my pc.
Also I can't hear the sound of it from my earphones.
Now I'm using a wireless one and I can hear the music when I play the iTunes. However I can't hear the sound of Musescore.
