Glissando does not copy in 2.1-dev and 2.0.3

1. create new score
2. Use select instruments template (Classical Guitar and linked staff common 6 str tab)
3. Enter enter a 1/4 note G3 followed by a 1/2 note D4
4. Enter any glissando bewteen the 2 notes
5. Assure all filter options are selected and copy the measure (notice the glissando is not selected)
6. paste the measure and the Glissando will not work

I considered the TAB realized the notes default to different strings so I move both notes to the G string and had the same results.
This does not happen if there is no linked tab staff.
