Instrument doesn't play properly after undo removal
1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. 'Instruments...'.
3. Click on Piano.
4. 'Remove'.
5. 'OK'.
6. 'Undo'.
7. 'Play'.
Result: Percussion sounds play.
3. Click on Drums.
4. 'Remove'.
5. 'OK'.
6. 'Undo'.
7. 'Play'.
Result: They don't sound.

If you save, close and re-open, it'll be fine.
The priority should probably be downgraded.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (4853799) - Mac 10.7.5.
There is also no mixer entry for the added-back instrument after the undo - presumably that's why it doesn't play back correctly.
Regarding the missing mixer entries, see #8978: Mixer excludes instruments after undoing instrument removal, with changed settings.
Is it related to #164571: UNDO does not remove instrument from mixer?
Cannot reproduce. Guess this must have been fixed in 3.2.0 when #164571: UNDO does not remove instrument from mixer was fixed?
Thus, closing for now - kindly reopen if you can still reproduce this with current 3.4.2
