Comments
Attaching seems to work for me
Maybe related to this issue ? #70101: [GP] A file containing a part with a Capo indication is not played properly.
After transposing the second staff a major second higher (for capo 2), the playback is ok: Mark Knopfler - Darling Pretty, transpose major second.mscz
Another one. Contains also a capo indication (related, ?) : yuki_matsui-frozen_ost_let_it_go.gp5
From: https://musescore.org/en/node/274862
Also: #276667: [GP] Crash on layout of harmony belonging to fret diagram
I tested the scores listed here in the current master version. Here are the results:
1. The files listed at the starting post (for Led Zeppelin I) produce a warning but do not crash MuseScore.
2.
yuki_matsui-frozen_ost_let_it_go.gp5
: crashes MuseScore, I will prepare a fix for the problem for it soon (update: the fix is here).3.
Mark Knopfler - Darling Pretty (Pro).gp3
: crashes MuseScore but besides the mentioned problem it has revealed also another issue in MuseScore:#276832: Crash when adding a glissando on a tablature to a dotted note
One more: #276978: [GP] crash during open .gpx file
.gpx file: Meshuggah - Bleed.gpx
See #277055: Crash on opening a Guitar Pro file with capo indication which partially fixes the cases in this issue.
All mentioned gp files load. Some have major problems which should be the topic of more specific bug reports.
