Delete, undo crash for pages with multi-text frames

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Create a new score with at least a Title and Subtitle
2. Shift-drag to select all the elements on the page including measures and text frame
3. Edit > Delete Selected Measures
4. Edit > Undo

--> Crash

MuseScore version: 0.9.6.3 stable and r. 3646 nightly trunk

I've discovered it's not just limited to undo, it'll still crash after closing the score if you choose to save or otherwise (it will save though).

This was reported first, but lasconic seemed to elaborate on it covering the two errors originally reported.
